TERMS
Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully.

- All
animals are captive bred here at my facility and are guaranteed to be
healthy, feeding well, sexed properly and even better looking than
pictured. I stand behind my animals and will be there for you after the
sale with any husbandry information or backup support you may need.
- If
you receive an animal from us and are not satisfied with
coloring/appearance you must notify us within 24 hour of receipt of you
animal. After 24 hours the deal is consider consummated. If you do
decide to return an animal purchased from us, we will refund the cost
of the animal only.
- Deposits
will only be taken on animals that are available. Deposits are only
required to hold an animal and will be 30% of the animals price.
Deposits are non-refundable. Do not send a deposit unless you are
certain that you want and are able to pay the balance for a specific
animal. If you are interested in any of the expected offspring from a
project, we will make a waiting list that will be first come, first
serve. We will update any persons on the waiting list of developments
in the project. Shipping costs are an estimation and may or may not be
subject to change. Please keep in mind some orders are subject to
additional charges as they may be calculated by the total weight of
your order.
- European orders are sent Airfreight, or in any of the most important reptile expos hosten by Italy, Germany or the Netherlands.
